SIDEBAR

SIDEBAR (Sistem Informasi Dokumen Elektronik Jawa Barat) is a web and mobile (Android & iOS) e-office application used across the West Java Provincial Government's 46 regional agencies and by its civil servants (ASN). It covers the document lifecycle end to end: drafting, electronic signing, and follow-up through dispositions and completion reports. The system now holds more than 1.5 million documents, with around 200 - 1,000 document transactions per day.

Achievement:

• Successfully refactored SIDEBAR to version 2, ensuring a smooth transition and enhanced performance.
• Achieved a 5/5 SPBE index for the digital archive ecosystem, setting a standard for document management across Indonesian government.
• Earned a 5/5 SPBE index for digital product development, reflecting the high quality of product culture and execution.
• Secured a 4/5 SPBE index for change management, highlighting effective leadership in driving organizational transformation.
