It brings public services, official information, and citizen participation into a single app for West Java residents. Key services include vehicle tax information and online payment (Sambara), citizen aspirations and complaints, job listings, health services, community (RW) activities, school admissions (SPMB), housing assistance applications, and free digital skills training.
As a Senior Product Manager (2024 - 2025)
Managed SAMBARA on Sapawarga, an integrated vehicle tax payment system within the Sapawarga super app. Focused on optimizing accessibility, user experience, and increasing transactions in West Java's digital ecosystem.
Achievement
- Successfully transitioned the vehicle tax rule to comply with the 2025 regulations, ensuring seamless integration into SAMBARA on Sapawarga within a tight timeframe, enhancing compliance and user accessibility.
- Smoothly managed 2,500 daily vehicle tax payment transactions, ensuring efficient processing and timely service delivery to users.
- Led the vehicle tax payment feature in Sapawarga, driving an average revenue of IDR 60 billion monthly, enhancing tax compliance and collection efficiency.
As a Project Officer (2022- 2023)
Played a key role in the implementation and adoption of Sapawarga, West Java’s Super App, ensuring seamless integration of public services. Managed cross-functional coordination between government stakeholders, developers, and user support teams.
Achievement:
- Contributed to the platform’s growth, leading to 500,000+ downloads in its first year, which earned recognition from OpenGov Asia (Jakarta, 2023).
- Received recognition from the United Nations Group of Experts on Geographical Names (UNGEGN) for the PISO DAPUR Cianjur project (New York, 2023).
- Additionally, I was assigned to the "firefighter team", where I was responsible for resolving urgent issues and critical problems, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of high-priority digital projects.
