Taking the First Step — Starting to Write
Why I'm Starting to Write
As a Product Manager deeply immersed in the daily grind of work, writing has always been one of those activities I admire but rarely prioritize.
I often find myself caught up in the whirlwind of meetings, analyzing the design of upcoming features, updating documentation, and firefighting — leaving little room for self-reflection or learning from others.
But today, I'm choosing to change that, marking the beginning of a new effort.
Why Start Now?
Over the years, I've been fortunate to work in the technology field and successfully ship dozens of software applications.
I began my career as a Project Manager at a software house, transitioned to a Project Officer, and now serve as a Product Manager at Jabar Digital Service.
Each phase of my career has taught me invaluable lessons about leadership, collaboration, and making a positive impact through digital products.
I'm starting to write now not only to document my journey but also to connect with others who share the same drive to learn and grow.
Sharpening Career and Life
I've come to realize that influential leaders are those who consistently refine their skills — not just through their daily work, but also through intentional self-improvement.
One common practice I've noticed among them is writing. I believe writing serves as a powerful tool for reflection, clarity, and communication. It allows leaders to structure their thoughts, document their experiences, and share insights with others.
By starting to write, I hope to sharpen both my career and my life.
I'm excited to start this journey and look forward to connecting with like-minded individuals. Let's learn and grow together!
