MyWO — Telkom

MyWO (My Work Order) was a mobile application (Android & iOS) built for an internal Telkom Indonesia competition, aiming to address the needs of Telkom Akses in coordinating technicians who install internet services. It handled work order assignment, progress tracking, technician deployment, and GPS tracking of technicians' travel to installation sites. MyWO received competition funding for an internal trial at Telkom, and although it was not directly implemented, it helped Telkom in developing its own internal work order application.
