GeoDashboard for Kementerian Kehutanan: forestry law-enforcement and budget performance, fire hotspots, and spatial analysis of parties around each hotspot.
Another GeoDashboard implementation, this time for Kementerian Kehutanan (Ministry of Forestry). In development since November 2025, still ongoing.
Scope so far:

- CMS for operators to report on forestry law-enforcement activity performance
- CMS for operators to report on budget performance

- Fire hotspot data integration
Dashboard & analysis
- Infographic dashboard covering performance metrics: complaints, forest damage prevention, operations, criminal/non-criminal enforcement, budget, personnel, forest and land fires, etc.
- Spatial map for visualizing performance data and fire hotspots, plus spatial analysis to flag potentially responsible/authorized parties around a hotspot (overlaying forest areas, hotspot points, and company concessions)
- Rule-based decision support system evaluating activity and budget performance against targets vs. current achievement

- RAG over documents, plus tool calling to help configure the spatial map pages
